FITNESS WORKSHOPS: Boost your physical health through a variety of fitness workshops, including yoga, Pilates, and outdoor activities. Our expert instructors will guide you through sessions that cater to all levels, emphasizing the joy of movement and the importance of physical well-being. WELLNESS AND NUTRITION EDUCATION:: Participate in informative workshops that focus on nutrition, healthy eating habits, and creating a balanced lifestyle. Learn how to nourish your body and mind with wholesome food choices that support your overall wellness. COMMUNITY BUILDING: Engage with like-minded individuals in a supportive environment. Create meaningful connections through group activities, sharing circles, and collaborative experiences, fostering bonds that extend beyond the retreat. PERSONAL REFLECTION AND GOAL SETTING: Take time for personal reflection and goal setting. "Since the age of 16 I've struggled to manage my weight.  In my 20's my weight took off in the wrong direction after having 4 children it fluctuated between my lowest adult weight of 190 to after birth highest weight of 280 lbs. After 15 years of ups and downs in Jan. of 2020 I was done. My friend offered me an opportunity to challenge myself with a health and weight-loss challenge with Dr. Gore. I was skeptical that I could get in shape but I'm glad I said yes. I dropped 30 + lbs my first round and another 15 my second round.. My result are a direct reflection of the amazing coaching Dr. Gore provided, the nutrition advice and most importantly support! I also have to credit myself for showing up to the workouts and group meetings every week. I am forever greatful for this life change. Thank you Ayanna for all you put into helping me achieve goals I thought weren't possible!
