Gorejus Inc. partners with schools, districts, nonprofits, and education organizations to build the adult culture, leadership capacity, and systems that make equitable outcomes possible. We work at three levels: the individual leader, the team, and the organization.

Racial Identity Development for Teams
We facilitate ongoing racial identity development work that helps teams move from awareness to practice. Sessions are designed to spiral, with each one building on the last, so that growth is continuous rather than a one-time event. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of themselves, their colleagues, and how identity shapes the decisions they make every day, which fuels both personal and career growth.

Retaining Black and Brown Leaders and Educators
Retention is a culture problem before it is a hiring problem. We offer historical knowledge building, self-awareness experiences, and practical skill development that help organizations create the conditions where Black and Brown educators and leaders can stay, lead, and thrive. This includes affinity-based programming, mentoring structures, and resources leaders can put to use immediately.

Leadership Coaching for All
One-on-one and small-group coaching for leaders at every level, from first-year teachers stepping into leadership to executives and nonprofit directors. Our coaching is strengths-based and grounded in what is actually happening in your context, not a generic playbook. Leaders gain clarity, confidence, and the language to lead through hard conversations.

Strategic Planning and Coaching
We help leadership teams and boards translate vision into an actionable plan, then stay alongside them as they execute. This includes goal setting, progress monitoring, and adjusting course based on real data rather than assumptions.

Turnaround Support/Technical Assistance
For schools, teams, and organizations facing urgent challenges, we provide focused, hands-on support to stabilize, rebuild trust, and create a clear path forward. We start with listening, name what is really getting in the way, and design a plan that the people doing the work can own.

Research and Evaluation
We design and conduct research, program evaluation, and stakeholder listening (surveys, focus groups, interviews) so decisions are informed by the voices of the people closest to the work. Findings are delivered in plain language your team can act on.
